We operate 24/7/365 technical support. Due to the nature of unmanaged servers, our support team can only provide technical support for issues affecting the Node, Hardware and Network that the servers are hosted on. If you have any other issues, we will always do our best to assist you.

Pay For Support
We offer a number of custom installations, setups, configurations and server management levels for your servers. We also offer the option to pay for additional support from our engineers.

Additional support charges will depend on the issue, however as a guide we charge either £10 per support request or £35 per hour.
