CheapVPS operates a 24/7 technical support service. Due to the unmanaged nature of our service, our technicians can only provide technical support for issues affecting the node, hardware and network that the service is hosted on, as well as any other issue beyond the control of the client.

Customer Forums
We have forums available for our customers here. The forums provide a way for users to give each other support and advice. (Please note that the forums are not an official way to get support from VAServ staff and that we may not answer or post in all forum threads).

Support Charges
If you do wish to pay for support you can do so at $10 per ticket or $75/per hour (£5 and £37.50/hour) respectively depending on the issue
